Technical Support Supervisor-2

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Supervisor-2 to lead our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical assistance to our customers. You will manage a team of technical support representatives, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance. Your primary duties will include monitoring support tickets, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing improvement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and team leadership, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users are essential. You should possess a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in technical support or IT service management.
