Spare Parts Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of spare parts to ensure operational efficiency across our organization. Your primary duties will include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet the demands of our service teams. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs while ensuring timely availability of parts.

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of inventory management systems. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, providing training and support to enhance their performance. Additionally, you will analyze sales forecasts and customer demand to make informed purchasing decisions. A minimum of 3 years of experience in spare parts management or a related field is required, along with proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
