Nous recherchons un.e Conducteur.trice de lignes & de machines à commande numérique passionné.e et expérimenté.e pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l’optimisation des lignes de production, en veillant à respecter les normes de qualité et de sécurité. Vous aurez pour mission de régler et d’ajuster les machines à commande numérique, de suivre les performances de production et de résoudre les problèmes techniques afin d’assurer un fonctionnement optimal des équipements. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance et de qualité pour garantir le bon déroulement des opérations.

Le candidat idéal doit avoir une solide formation technique en mécanique, en électromécanique ou dans un domaine connexe, ainsi qu’une expérience préalable dans la conduite de lignes de production et de machines à commande numérique. Vous devrez faire preuve d'une grande rigueur et d'un sens de l'organisation, tout en possédant d'excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes. Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques ainsi que des logiciels de gestion de production est également requise. La capacité à travailler en équipe et à s'adapter rapidement aux changements de production est essentielle pour réussir dans ce poste.
