We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in developing process documentation, conducting risk assessments, and providing technical support to production teams. A strong focus on continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean, will be essential in driving operational excellence within our facility.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
